Presidents Institute Summit

Bella Center   |  Copenhagen  |  April 2015

The Presidents Institute Summit is a prestigious gathering. It brings together more than 1,500 CEOs from nine countries for an exclusive networking event.

The summit invites guests to share insights and ideas, and join free-ranging conversations on how they ‘made it big’.

Just three weeks before kick-off, WONDER was tasked with creating a “fun and Googley” space, in which Googlers could showcase innovative ideas – all within the confines of the Bella Center’s conference space and imposing event layout.

We created a multi-functional, interactive lounge where delegates could test the practicalities of Android; enter a virtual world with Google Cardboard viewers; try Google Earth’s immersive Liquid Galaxy experience; and learn about Loon, Google’s balloon-powered internet access project.

The Google lounge became a focal meeting point at the summit, where attendees mingled and networked between the plenary sessions. And to put the icing on the cake, a much-used charging station proved a popular addition to the space!

WONDER designed and executed a fantastic space for us at the Presidents Institute Summit. It included five demo stations and lounge areas for people to meet and network. This was not an easy job. With only three weeks to design, build and manage, the team worked endlessly to turn this around. This would have taken many agencies months to do and the WONDER team did it with a smile on their face at all times. So thank you.
